300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at OMNI

 

OVERVIEW : This comprehensive 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is fully accredited through Yoga Alliance and is designed for students seeking a more advanced study of yoga. The curriculum takes an academic and experiential approach, exploring topics such as yoga therapy, anatomy, subtle body studies, philosophy , and pranayama in greater depth. 

 

A 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is required for students enrolling in the full program. Individual modules will also be available as standalone workshops for those interested in deepening their knowledge of a specific subject, and no 200-Hour certification is required for individual sessions.

MODULE 1: AYURVEDA, YOGA THERAPY & THE KOSHAS

January 15th - 17th 

Explore yoga as a holistic healing system through Ayurveda and the five Koshas. Learn practical tools to identify imbalance, support well-being, and apply therapeutic yoga principles to your teaching.

MODULE 2: ADVANCED ANATOMY & ALIGNMENT

February 19th - 21st

Deepen your understanding of anatomy, movement, and alignment to teach with greater confidence and precision. Learn how to assess movement patterns, offer modifications, and support functional movement for a variety of bodies.

MODULE 3: THE SUBTLE BODY : PRANAYAMA, MEDITATION, CHAKRAS & MUDRAS

March 19th - 21st

Journey into the energetic dimensions of yoga through breathwork, meditation, chakras, and mudras. Learn practices that cultivate balance, awareness, and a deeper connection to self.

MODULE 4: ADVANCED SEQUENCING & ASSISTS

April 16th - 18th

Refine your ability to create intentional and transformative classes through advanced sequencing, cueing, and assists. Learn to design experiences that are both anatomically intelligent and energetically impactful.

MODULE 5: YOGA PHILOSOPHY : A deep dive of the Bhagavad Gita + Yoga Sutras 

May 14th - 16th

Deepen your understanding of yoga's roots through the study of key texts, including the Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita. Explore Sanskrit, mantra, and the teachings that continue to shape modern practice.

MODULE 6: RESTORATIVE, YIN & YOGA NIDRA

June 18th - 20th 

Learn the art of guiding practices that calm the nervous system and support deep rest. Explore Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra as powerful tools for healing, recovery, and renewal.

MODULE 7: BREATHWORK

July 16th - 18th

Students will deepen their understanding of both traditional yogic pranayama and modern breathwork practices while learning how breath influences the nervous system, mind, and emotions. emotions, and overall well-being.

MODULE 8: LEADERSHIP, ENTREPRENEURSHIP & THE BUSINESS OF YOGA

August 20th - 22nd

Step into your role as a conscious leader. Learn how to share your voice, build community, and create meaningful impact while staying grounded in the values and teachings of yoga.

MODULE 9: DHARMA & SANKALPA PROJECT

September 17th - 19th 

Integrate your learning through a personal project inspired by your dharma (purpose) and Sankalpa (heartfelt intention). Bring your practice into action through service, creativity, and leadership.

Known for her calming presence and compassionate approach, Brooke guides individuals and groups toward greater harmony, clarity, and mindful living.
