Ticket Disclaimer for OMNI Tahoe Yoga Festival:

The only way to enter the festival is via the gondola! Gondola access is included with your festival pass or covered with a valid season pass. To ensure a smooth experience, please carefully review our ticketing information and a special notice for those with EPIC Season Passes:

EPIC Season Pass Holders (25/26):

Holders of the 25/26 EPIC Season Pass will have the option to use a discount code when purchasing tickets after Early Bird ticket sales have ended. Early Bird pricing is the lowest pricing option with or without an Epic Season Pass.

Incorrect Ticket Types:

It is imperative to select whether you have an epic pass or not at checkout. If you select you have an Epic Pass or use the Epic Pass discount and do not have an Epic pass it becomes your responsibility to buy a gondola ticket at full price on the day of the festival to gain entry.

Inclement Weather Policy: This Event will take place rain or shine and your ticket is non-refundable and not transferable. In the event of inclement weather that impacts the Heavenly Mountain Gondola operations, the festival will be modified and moved to another location.

The festival will take place at Heavenly Ski Resort via Gondola.

Heavenly Village (Gondola) - 4080 Lake Tahoe Blvd, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150. There will be two main stages - Blue Sky Terrace at the Gondola Mid-station and Tamarack Lodge as well as a serene outdoor tent speaker space between the two main stage locations.

+ Early check-in to make Saturday and/or Sunday morning a breeze!

Saturday Sept 13th, please arrive at between 8:30-9:00am to check-in, attendees can the load the gondola by 9:00am once checked in.

Sunday Sept 14th, please arrive at between 8:00-8:30am to check-in, attendees can the load the gondola by 8:30am once checked in.

The OMNI Tahoe Yoga Festival takes place at the top of Heavenly Mountain, and the only way to reach the event is by riding the Heavenly Gondola—a scenic 20-minute ride each way with breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe.

Here’s what to keep in mind:

• Your festival ticket includes a one-way ride up and down the mountain via gondola (unless you have a valid 25/26 Epic Pass).

• There is no in-and-out access for regular ticket holders. If you ride down and exit at the base, you will need to purchase a new gondola ticket to return to the festival.

• Epic Pass Holders (25/26 or auto-renew) have full in/out gondola access and can come and go freely throughout the day.

• Wear proper footwear—you’ll be walking between Tamarack Lodge and Blue Sky Terrace, either via gondola or marked hiking trails.

• Have dietary restrictions? Bring your own food/snacks—on-mountain options are limited, and you won’t be able to leave mid-day without a valid Epic Pass.

Saturday & Sunday, Sept 13–14 Near the Gondola Entrance in Heavenly Village If you're checking in on Saturday, plan to arrive at Heavenly Village between 8:30–9:00 AM to check in and load the gondola by 9:15 AM.

On Sunday, check-in runs from 8:00–8:30 AM, with gondola loading beginning at 8:15 AM.

Check-in ends at 12PM on Saturday and Sunday.

What to Bring

• A valid photo ID

• Your printed ticket or we can scan the QR code from your digital ticket

• If your ticket includes gondola access, you’ll receive your gondola pass/es at check-in. (You must have this OR your Epic Pass to board the gondola!)

Yes! All food and beverage offerings at the OMNI Tahoe Yoga Festival are provided by our partners at Heavenly. Due to permits and contractual agreements, outside food vendors are not permitted at this event.

Festival food options include:

• A fresh salad bar

• A pizza bar

• Traditional items off the grill

*Food options do not open until 10:00AM - please plan accordingly.

If you have dietary restrictions or specific food needs, we recommend bringing your own snacks or meals to ensure you're covered for the day.

Please note:

• You will not be able to leave the event for food unless you have a valid 25/26 Epic Pass (or are on auto-renew).

• If you exit the mountain and do not have Epic access, you will need to purchase a new gondola ticket to return.

• The gondola ride included with your festival ticket is one-way only.

• The full gondola ride is ~20 minutes each way. The ride from Blue Sky Terrace to Tamarack Lodge is ~5 minutes.

There is paid parking at the Heavenly Village Parking Garage, on Bellamy Court and behind the Target shopping center. Do not park in the Target shopping center as you will be ticketed after two hours.

There is also street parking across the street of the Heavenly Village.

From HWY 50 take Heavenly Village Way to Bellamy Ct. to access the parking garage and street parking.

There is additional paid parking across the street of Heavenly Village Way behind the Village Shopping Center.

Yes! However our classes offered will not be geared towards kids. Heavenly Summer activities will be open and available such as; rock climbing wall, zip lines and tubing hill! We suggest simply purchasing a gondola ticket for the young ones if they won't be taking any of the Festival classes.

Tickets are available until they are sold out!

If tickets are still available and you need a gondola pass your last day to purchase is Sept 8. After Sept 8, you will have to purchase the event ticket and gondola ticket separately.

If tickets are still available and you have a valid Epic Season pass then you may buy your event ticket until 9am day of event, Sept. 13&14.

There are no full or partial refunds for being late. The event start will be 10AM on Saturday, Sept. 13 and 9 AM Sunday, Sept. 14.
