Jess, a vibrant spirit from Gardnerville NV, embraced a whirlwind of activities from a young age, diving into dance, skiing, and more. Yoga became her sanctuary, leading her to create OMNI—a haven where health, artistry, and happiness converge for all. Join us on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment at OMNI.

Alanna Parlett

Alanna is a multifaceted individual with a rich background. She's an accomplished dancer, a certified yoga and barre instructor, a massage therapist, and licensed esthetician. Her love for high-intensity workouts and passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals shine through in her work.

Caroline Sullivan

Caroline Sullivan

Caroline, originally from New England, settled in Tahoe in 2018. She received her 200hr at Yandara Yoga Institute in 2022. Her intention with teaching is to share what has helped her embody presence and live to the fullest potential. Join her in class to practice coming closer to your true self!

Lindsey Kraft

Lindsey Kraft

Lindsey, a certified multi-style yoga instructor since 2015, shares her passion for yoga infectiously with fellow yogis. She offers specialized classes for baseball youth and teaches Yin every Thursday evening, focusing on Yin and Yang.

I am a passionate Yoga Teacher, energy, worker, and law of attraction lover. I love creating space in my classes – physically, emotionally and spiritually through the practices and teachings of Yoga. You can catch me teaching Detox & Restore or slow grounded yin when I’m not in the studio, I am at CrossFit hiking or going on some sort of adventure with my dog .

Julz  Lozovaya

Julz Lozovaya

Julz has been dancing for 12 years, with a foundation in Hip hop, House, Heels, dancehall, and other urban styles. Trained at Broadway Dance Studio, EXPG, Millennium Dance Complex, and Movement Lifestyle in NYC and LA. Julz also has experience in professional production and music videos. When teaching, she aims to give clear instruction to all levels, breaking down foundational movements.

Choi Kwun McGannon

Choi, originally from Singapore, is a former National Strength and Conditioning Coach for Team Singapore athletes. With M.Sc. degrees in Kinesiology and Health Informatics, she blends science and tech in athlete training. A USA Weightlifting Coach and ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, she also teaches at Lake Tahoe Community College and enjoys aerial arts and ceramics.

Nic Hendershot, Ph.D., is a conservation biologist whose teaching is inspired by the strength and harmony of the natural world. A graduate of Soulpreneur Yoga's 200-hour YTT, he leads challenging vinyasa flows designed to help you build resilience, find clarity, and foster a deeper connection with nature. Join him to feel grounded, empowered, and centered.

Dylan Thomas

Dylan Thomas

Dylan Thomas is a strength and conditioning coach with over 16 years of experience and 12,000+ coaching hours. A former football player and coach, he specializes in CrossFit, Olympic lifting, endurance, and youth fitness. Passionate about movement and helping others grow, Dylan’s motto is “Keep Moving Forward”—encouraging progress, strength, and daily improvement for all.

Angela Smith

Angela Smith

Angela Marie Smith has a BPA in Dance, as well as an MAT in Education.  Angela is a dancer and aerialist who has performed professionally in ballet, modern, and jazz dance companies, as well as commercial and review shows touring throughout the United States for over 20 years. Angela is excited to bring 10 years of aerial teaching experience to Omni, and continues to teach dance, kindergym, and aerial silks at Inversion Gymnastics.

Coby Jones

Coby Jones

After several years cultivating a personal practice of Vinyasa yoga, Coby took the next step and received his RYT 200 accreditation in 2022. As a true avid daily practitioner he takes pride and honors the opportunity to hold space and share knowledge with fellow yogis in his more active style of Vinyasa Flow classes. Coby plans to actively continue his journey on the yogic path and to eagerly learn, share, and grow with those around him. Namaste!

Elena has been practicing yoga for over a decade and began teaching in 2024. Her classes focus on breath awareness and mindful movement, helping students cultivate strength, balance, and inner calm. Elena's teaching style encourages self-awareness and personal growth, providing students with the tools to deepen their practice and connect mind, body, and spirit.

Samantha Sommatino

Samantha Sommatino

I found yoga in college while exploring new experiences and later reconnected with it as a young adult, rediscovering the mind-body connection I had unintentionally ignored. Yoga has become an endless yet fulfilling journey of personal growth. Completing my 200-hour teacher training showed me how much there is still to explore. Now, I create space for others to find their inner healer and share in this transformative path.

Andrea, a pole fitness artist since 2007, has taught at various studios in the DC area, winning accolades and coaching competitive dancers. She also taught dance and is a certified coach and teacher with a Master’s in Educational Psychology. She is joining the Omni Team as a yoga instructor in August 2024..

Trevor Anthony

Trevor Anthony

Living in the Eastern Sierras for the Last decade. Trevor is a life-term ski bum. Before moving to Tahoe and becoming a Yoga Instructor Trevor played football, was an anchorman for Northern Arizona, an LA County Lake Lifeguard and EMT, and also worked as a background actor in Los Angeles. Now you can find Trevor hiking around Tahoe, Bartending at Wolf, or here at OMNI!

Jordan Johnson

Hey, I’m Jordan! I’ve taught yoga since 2014 and hot pilates since 2019—starting in Denver and now flowing between Mendocino’s rugged coast and Tahoe’s alpine magic. My style blends power vinyasa and dynamic sequencing for energizing, playful classes that build strength, mobility, and longevity. It’s not about perfect poses—it’s about feeling good in your body for the long haul. See you on the mat!

I've always been passionate about health, especially yoga. I started practicing in 2007 and got my teacher training in Costa Rica in 2016. Now, I teach in Northern California and aim to lead global yoga retreats combining practice, self-awareness, and adventure.

Rupal, a Sr. Program Manager @ Google, has been teaching yoga for a decade. She's certified in various yoga styles and loves sharing her expertise in Vinyasa, advanced asana techniques, and alignment-focused classes. She enjoys escaping technology through yoga, skiing, dancing, and hiking.

In her offerings she weaves ancient yogic wisdom with the cycles of the Earth and her own creative musings. I took my first yoga class 37 years ago in the UK. Since then, I've explored various yoga styles and even became a certified yoga teacher. I also trained as a Holistic Health Coach and currently reside in the US, where I recently completed my YinYoga teacher training. I'm passionate about sharing the benefits of Yin Yoga and connecting with others through yoga, tennis, hiking, and meaningful conversations.

Alana Saporiti

Alana, a Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Yin Yoga Instructor, guides others to connect with their inner cycles and ancient knowings. She is a Priestess of Freyja and holds space for others' awakenings through yoga, sacred circles, and retreats. Alana recently settled down in South Lake and is deeply rooted in ritual and self-care practices.

Alex made Tahoe her home in 2020 and has been embracing an active and outdoor lifestyle ever since. She left behind her corporate job to become a yoga teacher and ski instructor, and also teaches rock climbing and paddle boarding.

Beata Jarvis

Beata Jarvis

Born and raised in Hungary, I’ve called South Lake Tahoe home for 30 years. I’m a functional fitness trainer of 12 years, specializing in rehab, adaptive fitness, and longevity strength. I love photography, my two dogs, and anything that builds mental and physical resilience. Tahoe fuels my active outdoor lifestyle. Keeping my body strong—and helping others do the same—is my everyday mission.
