Explore our thoughtfully designed space boasting three distinct studios: an 800-square-foot infrared heated sanctuary, a 650-square-foot dance and aerial studio featuring Tahoe Pole Arte, and a 500-square-foot boutique gym. With over 32 classes weekly, ranging from yoga, sculpt, and barre in our heated studio to contemporary, heels, and burlesque-style dance classes, there's something for everyone.
Our diverse range of offerings extends beyond traditional classes to include HIIT, circuit training, and open gym sessions, all aimed at keeping your body engaged and energized. Plus, stay tuned for luxurious amenities like locker rooms with showers and a steam room, set to debut in summer 2024.
