Service Description
Ski and snowboard season is upon us! This series of classes is meant to build up mobility, strength, power, agility; and endurance to prepare yourself physically to start the season strong and keep skiing/riding all season long. The focus will be on exercises that increase strength and power for ski and snowboard specific movements. We will also work on strength and mobility for injury prevention. Whether you are a mellow cruiser looking to last from 8am-4pm, a hard-charging backcountry enthusiast or a high-flying freestyle athlete, this class will help you develop more confidence while performing your skiing/riding movements and help you to stay out on the slopes all season long.

Cancellation Policy
OMNI Studio class bookings can be canceled without charge 3hrs prior to class, and 8hrs prior to aerial classes. Guest may Reschedule their booking 1 hr prior to class. Any cancelation after these thresholds will be considered a charged visit.
