You’ll learn how breath and balance can help you feel more steady, focused, and “in the zone” - both on the mat and out in the mountains. It’s perfect for hikers, climbers, skiers, and anyone who just wants to move with more ease and confidence. In this workshop, you’ll: Learn easy breath tools that support strength and calm Try balance and body-awareness drills Practice staying focused when movement gets challenging Get quick reset techniques you can use anytime You’ll leave with: A better understanding of how your body works Simple tools to help you feel steady and grounded A clearer sense of how to tap into your natural flow state All levels welcome.
