In this beginner-friendly class, the aerial hammock is hung very low to the floor, offering a gentle, grounded experience. We’ll begin with slow, yoga-inspired movement to open the body and calm the mind, then transition into deeply supportive restorative poses. The class closes with a floating cocoon savasana and soothing sound bath to leave you feeling calm, weightless, and renewed. Perfect for those new to aerial, for those who have found other aerial classes too painful or dizzying, or anyone seeking a deeply restorative experience
