Opening Session of the First Annual Tahoe Games
Join OMNI Tahoe for an energizing All Levels Flow to kick off the very first Tahoe Games! This dynamic, music-driven class led by OMNI’s own Jess Broyles will awaken your body and ground your energy for an epic weekend ahead. Set to the fresh, uplifting sounds of DJ Josbeats, this session is designed for all bodies and experience levels—whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner.
Expect intentional movement, feel-good sequencing, and community connection under the open sky. Come as you are, breathe deep, and vibe high.
Presented by OMNI Tahoe – South Lake’s home for yoga, fitness, and festival flow.
Bag Policy; Yoga mats will be permitted as well as: clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags; small or clutch-sized purses or wallets, not exceeding 4.5 inches tall by 6.5 inches long; one-gallon clear plastic freezer bags are also acceptable (Ziploc or similar).No large purses, bags, backpacks or fanny-packs will be allowed.
