Celebrate the Summer Solstice with an evening of mindful movement, live music, and community at OMNI.
Event Timeline:
4:00–9:00 PM – Lost Sauna + Steam Sessions - Bring your suits and get ready to feel the heat! Enjoy therapeutic sauna sessions followed by a cold shower or a brisk walk to plunge in the lake. Then unwind in our aromatic steam room for the ultimate reset.
5:30 – 7:00 PM – Gentle Flow & Sound Session with Katelyn Morris - Join Katelyn for a grounding gentle yoga flow paired with sound healing. This all-levels class is designed to support deep relaxation and a sense of connection during the longest day of the year.
7:00 PM – Live Music with Robin Orr - Ease into the evening with the soulful sounds of local musician, Robin Orr. Settle in with friends and enjoy the peaceful setting as day turns to night
