Non-EPIC Season Pass Holders:

Our festival ticket price no longer includes a gondola ticket. You will need to purchase a gondola ticket for each day of the festival on the morning of the festival day/s. If you have a valid EPIC Pass, you do not need to purchase a gondola ticket.

What is an EPIC PASS?

The Epic Pass is a season pass from Vail Resorts that gives you access to ski and snowboard destinations across the globe—including our home mountain, Heavenly in South Lake Tahoe. Learn more or grab yours at epicpass.com.

Incorrect Ticket Types:

It is imperative to select whether you have an epic pass or not at checkout. If you select you have an Epic Pass or use the Epic Pass discount and do not have an Epic pass it becomes your responsibility to procure the gondola ticket at full price on the day of the festival to gain entry.

Class Registration:

All classes this year will be first come, first served.

Tickets are non transferable and non refundable:

Inclement Weather Policy: This Event will take place rain or shine and your ticket is non-refundable and not transferable. In the event of inclement weather that impacts the Heavenly Mountain Gondola operations, the festival will be modified and moved to another location.
