Join us for Off the Mat, a quarterly community gathering at OMNI designed to deepen your connection to self, others, and purpose. These sessions move beyond the poses to explore the practice beyond the mat, how mindfulness, movement, and intentional living show up in everyday life.
Each quarter features guest speakers, guided discussions, and reflective prompts to realign your energy and vision for the months ahead. It’s a chance to pause, reset, and share meaningful conversation with your OMNI community.
