About the event
Join us for a morning that nourishes body, mind, and soul while giving back to our community! On Sunday, September 21st, we’ll kick things off with an energizing Hot Tone & Sculpt class (7:30–8:30am) led by a studio favorite, Alanna Parlett — with all proceeds going directly to Keep Tahoe Blue.
After class, we’ll come together for a Neighborhood Clean-Up (9:00–11:00am). Supplies will be provided, so just bring your good energy, a friend or two and a willingness to make a difference.
It’s the perfect way to strengthen your body, lift your spirit, and care for the place we call home
