Valentine’s Yin + Sound Journey Friday, February 14 | North Room at Edgewood Join us in the serene North Room at Edgewood, overlooking the still winter waters of Lake Tahoe, for a heart-centered Valentine’s experience. This special session weaves together a grounding Yin practice with an immersive sound journey, creating space to soften, open, and deeply restore. We will begin with slow, intentional Yin postures designed to gently open the hips, shoulders, and heart space, inviting release and receptivity. As you settle into each pose, you’ll be bathed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls—each attuned to a specific chakra—alongside the resonant sounds of a gong. The layered frequencies support energetic balance, a regulated nervous system, grounded and peaceful energy, and clarity of intention. Whether you attend solo or with someone special, this lakeside evening offers a beautiful container to cultivate love in all its forms. Logistics Valet parking is available at the Clubhouse. From there, guests will be guided to the North Room, located just past the new Edge Restaurant. Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time for valet and check-in so you can fully settle into the experience.
