Monthly, on or near the New Moon we gather to set our intentions and release into meditative bliss. Some benefits of regular sound baths include a more regulated nervous system, grounded and peaceful energy, and clarity of intentions. We honor and utilize the New Moon portal for its power to illuminate dreams and desires.
