This class uses the barre as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. With Jess Broyles and Aubrie Shott.

Jessica takes over DIVA DANCE! As the owner of CPTahoe local production company, producer and choreographer Jess will help you bring your inner showgirl and diva out. Wear sassy but comfortable clothes, bring heels to dance in if you like and be ready for an amazing work out and some sassy choreography!
