Barre + Sculpt Fusion

Looking to build strength while maintaining long lean muscles?

Barre + Sculpt is a 60-minute fun fusion class that combines the dynamic dance-inspired movements of barre with the lengthening and strengthening exercises and our popular Hot Tone & Sculpt class. This heated, full body workout incorporates the use of the barre as well as light weights, resistance bands and Pilates balls to strengthen a variety of muscle groups. All levels welcome. Temps are set to 85 degrees of amazingness, this particular type of heat will help with detoxification, flexibility, ease joint pain and inflammation, calm the nervous system, and improve cardiovascular health.

Barrelates is a 60-minute fun fusion class that combines the dynamic dance-inspired movements of barre with the lengthening and strengthening exercises of Pilates and Yoga. This heated class is a full body workout which incorporates the use of the barre as well as light weights, resistance bands and Pilates balls to push a variety of muscle groups which is both challenging and rewarding. All levels welcome.

Short bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by low -intensity activity. A blend of cardio and strength put together in this 45min booty kicking, full body workout! Bring your water, a towel and tennis shoes!
