Full Body Barre

Full Body Barre takes the all-levels format up a notch by incorporating free weights and resistance bands to sculpt the entire body in one quick fast-paced hour! While the core components of these classes are repetitious ballet movements, anyone, including those without a dance background, can easily keep up thanks to step-by-step instruction.  Temps are set to 85 degrees of amazingness, this particular type of heat will help with detoxification, flexibility, ease joint pain and inflammation, calm the nervous system, and improve cardiovascular health.

Hot Tone & Sculpt

Sunday 9:00am

Sculpt and tone your body into the best shape of your life! Use the infrared heat of our yoga room to break a sweat and create a detoxifying, stress-reducing workout. Using light weights, resistance bands, and repetitions to build a full-body, cardio-rich workout. And reap the benefits!! With Alanna Parlet

Zumba Fit

Mon/Wed 8:00am

Urban fit blends, hip hop, Zumba and dance hall and many other cardio rich dance styles for an incredibly fun and high energy dance workout! Julz will make you sweat, smile and werk! No dance experience necessary, bring your tennis shoes and your wild selves!

HIIT Workout

Monday and Wednesday

4:15pm 

Short bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by low -intensity activity. A blend of cardio and strength put together in this 45min booty kicking, full body workout! Bring your water, a towel and tennis shoes!

Skills & Drills Belly Dance

Come get your shimmy on in this all-levels class designed to allow you to become familiar with the fundamental movements and concepts of Middle Eastern Dance forms and practice your technique. Each class will cover a variety of movements that will be combined into a mini choreography to help you understand the essence of belly dance. Wear comfortable clothes that allow hip movements to be visible, a noiseless hip scarf is recommended. Also, be prepared to dance barefoot or bring dance shoes/sandals.
