Service Description

Get back to basics with this class designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Learn the correct alignment of postures, before easing your body into our more challenging classes. Develop the foundations needed to prevent injury as you grow your practice. Modifications and props are provided along with the opportunity to converse and practice at your own pace.

Cancellation Policy

OMNI Studio class bookings can be canceled without charge 3hrs prior to class, and 8hrs prior to aerial classes. Any cancelation after these thresholds will be considered a charged visit.
