Service Description

Improve your health & wellbeing with this slower paced more meditative practice. Using therapeutic RAD balls & movement along with longer Yin postures, we will target different parts of the body to strengthen connective tissue & release fascial tension. Expect to increase range of motion, relieve symptoms around injuries & leave feeling relaxed & restored.

Cancellation Policy

OMNI Studio class bookings can be canceled without charge 3hrs prior to class, and 8hrs prior to aerial classes. Any cancelation after these thresholds will be considered a charged visit.
