Service Description
LIT Yoga is a unique fitness class that blends low-intensity weight lifting with an emphasis on using heavy weights and performing fewer repetitions. Each session begins with a gentle warm-up, focusing on foundational yoga poses that prepare the body and promote stability. This initial phase is designed to bring awareness to your breath and align your body, allowing for a smoother transition into the weightlifting portion of the class. As participants move into the strength training segment, they engage in exercises that target key muscle groups while maintaining proper form. By limiting the number of repetitions, the focus is on building strength and endurance without overexertion. Cancellation Policy
OMNI Studio class bookings can be canceled without charge 3hrs prior to class, and 8hrs prior to aerial classes. Guest may Reschedule their booking 1 hr prior to class. Any cancelation after these thresholds will be considered a charged visit.
