Service Description
Grow your practice! Work on your inversions outside of your daily practice to master the moves then incorporate them within your practice! In this 4 week series, we will work on techniques to achieve the following arm balances: Week 1: crow, classical headstand, tripod headstand, transitions from crow and headstand to vinyasa Week 2: flying pigeon, grasshopper, firefly, shoot backs, bird of paradise Week 3: forearm balance, one arm forearm balance, back bends, hollow body, transition from forearm balance to vinyasa Week 4: handstands, transitions from handstands to vinyasa, standing splits, flying lizard Each week will have a warm up, mini flow to show various ways to get in and out of these arm balances and a cool down specific to the balances done that day. We will have plenty of play time to practice. We will also have time to review and practice arm balances from prior weeks. Attendance for the full series is encouraged.

Cancellation Policy
OMNI Studio class bookings can be canceled without charge 3hrs prior to class, and 8hrs prior to aerial classes. Guest may Reschedule their booking 1 hr prior to class. Any cancelation after these thresholds will be considered a charged visit.
