Service Description

Enjoy a class dedicated to our gratitudes, Kayla shares a Thanksgiving day flow to help us practice our kindness, openness and of course gratitude. This will be a heated 75min session with heart openings and deep twists to help with the digestive system as we enter into a celebration time of year with our loved ones!

Cancellation Policy

OMNI Studio class bookings can be canceled without charge 3hrs prior to class, and 8hrs prior to aerial classes. Any cancelation after these thresholds will be considered a charged visit.
