Service Description

Have you ever wanted to slow down and explore deeper into asana alignment? Join us for this three part series led by Ananda Thomason! We will be focusing on postural alignment, starting with our foundation, the feet and/or hands and work our way up into the full expression of the posture. The class will take a deep dive into the alignment intricacies of primary poses such as, adho mukha svanasana (downward facing dog), virabhadrasana I, II, and III (warrior poses), trikonasana (triangle), parsvottanasana (pyramid), chaturanga and a sequence of seated postures and more. We will also explore further into more advanced postures like shirshasana (headstand), sarvangasana (shoulder stand), and bakasana (crow). Practicing with yogic alignment can help alleviate potential injuries and create a stable foundation as you progress in your personal practice. Whether you are beginner or advanced, the Fundamentals of yoga asana are beneficial to explore and utilize in your everyday practice!

Cancellation Policy

OMNI Studio class bookings can be canceled without charge 3hrs prior to class, and 8hrs prior to aerial classes. Any cancelation after these thresholds will be considered a charged visit.
