Service Description

Ecstatic Dance is a substance-free playground for all who wish to explore embodiment through dancing, stretching, wiggling and strutting our collective stuff. Expand your sense of freedom in your body! Ecstatic Dance is an international community of movers who are dedicated to 1) a substance-free, consensual, safe space 2) no talking on the dance floor 3) no shoes on the dance floor. When you take language out of the equation, it gives adults a chance to tap into play states sometimes not felt since childhood. Our group in particular is playful, but our weekly dance is also a good space for moving through tough feelings and big life transitions. Cacao is served at the beginning of each dance, and we host an opening and closing circle where some personal sharing is welcome for those who want to participate. We set up an altar and all are invited to do a card reading and/or to meditate quietly in this space, and various seasonal nature-focused rituals are also offered on occasion. Space to chat is available in OMNI's cozy lobby area. Flow arts encouraged! Kids dance free!

Cancellation Policy

OMNI Studio class bookings can be canceled without charge 3hrs prior to class, and 8hrs prior to aerial classes. Any cancelation after these thresholds will be considered a charged visit.
