Aerial Silks Level 1 (twin tails)

This is an introduction to Aerial Silks for beginners or those who have had some aerial experience but want to hone in on their skills. Students will learn basic terminology and begin building strength and flexibility for the air. Class will begin with a 15 minute floor warm up (yoga mats encouraged), followed by a 10-15 minute conditioning warm up on the fabrics to help students get into their bodies and warm up the main muscle groups we’ll use in sequencing (grip, core, upper body). For the remainder of class, we’ll cover the basics of foot locks, climbing, training techniques, and beginner sequencing. Expect to build strength, flexibility, confidence, and friendships while having fun and getting a great workout.
bookings can be canceled without charge 3hrs prior to class, and 8hrs prior to aerial classes. Any cancelation after these thresholds will be considered a charged visit.
