Sarah has a foundation of training in Cecchetti ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary and many other styles of dance, which she began at the age of five. Her professional career as a performer began in 2005 with Greg Thompson Productions inside Sammy’s Showroom at Harrah’'s, Reno. Since then, she has been a featured dancer and specialty act in multiple professional productions.
Sarah is also a professionally trained aerialist. She has performed on apparatuses such as silks/tissu, hammock, hoop/lyra, chains, straps, static trapeze and cube in solo, duet and trio acts. Her aerial training eventually lead her to be introduced to the art of pole dancing by Cindy Coverdale of Vertical Fitness – Tahoe in late 2012. Sarah has competed in national and international pole and aerial competitions such as Pacific Pole Competition (PPC) 2014 – Los Angeles where she was a silver medal pole winner in her division, US Aerial 2015 – New York where she competed in both pole and lyra divisions and took home a second runner-up title in women’s pole, she was also a finalist in the California Pole Dance Competition (CPDC) 2015 – Los Angeles.
