I've always been passionate about health. Since my teens, nutrition and exercise have always interested me. Throughout the years and fad workout routines, I would eventually find myself back to my yoga practice. I like that yoga is all-encompassing in the sense that it looks at mind, body, and soul. I started a regular practice in 2007 at a hot yoga studio and have been practicing ever since.
I received my teacher training in 2016 in the remote jungles of Costa Rica. Since then I've been developing my teaching skills and have embarked on a self-study of anatomy.
I recently moved to Northern California and teach at various studios between San Francisco and the Sacramento area.
My goal is to organize and lead global yoga retreats that will combine yogic practice, self-awareness, and adventure.
