Debbie Beane is a big fan of moving her body- on stage, in studios, and through the mountains and waters of the Tahoe basin. She’s worked as a professional dancer and has taught dance and fitness for 30 years. The births of her children spurred her exploration into therapeutic and corrective movement, and she completed a two-year certification in Nutritious Movement in 2012. Her current passion is helping people out of pain (or preventing it!) and towards more functional fitness.
