Alana is called to experience the mystical realms and guide others to connect with their inner cycles, the cycles of nature, and ancient knowings that lie within. She is trained in the Japanese Healing Arts as a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Yin Yoga Instructor, Moon Mother,  Moon Circle Leader,  and just completed in May 2022 a two year spiral at the Glastonbury Goddess Temple to become a Priestess of Freyja. Through yoga classes, sacred circles, rites of passage, 1:1 sessions, and retreats she holds space for others awakenings. A self proclaimed reader of Nordic runes, kitchen herbalista, tea ceremonialist, and collector of gems, Alana is deeply rooted in ritual. After 3.5 years as a traveling nomad, Alana just settled down in South Lake buying her first home this fall with beloved husband and lazy pitbull Lula Mae.
